An absurd art project.
We write about contemporary art.
Sometimes we turn what we write into something else.
Read now.
We may delete it later.
We don’t display art. We open it up and see what’s actually inside.
Writing is only the first visible part.
We play with art, with systems, and with the concept of monetization.
What’s actually holding a masterpiece together once you make an unexpected (and self-invited) art intervention?
Can a weird idea become art if someone believes in it hard enough?
Can a guerrilla art text become an artwork the moment somebody buys it?
Where the art can go when a collective dare to go in unknown territories?
We like to explore all these boundries and overcome them.
We don’t have one medium. We have an obsession: finding the exact point where an idea becomes art. Sometimes we write about that point. Sometimes we build it.
but who the hell are we?
We are an italian art collective.
No fixed format. No schedule. No rules we strictly follow.
We test. We beta-test.
Imagine us as the Garry’s Mod of Art: no story, no levels, just a sandbox, a pile of parts, and permission to weld together things that were never meant to fit. We experiment. We have fun doing the weirdest things anyone has considered about art. We decompose it, vivisect the world, and hand it back in outputs you won’t find anywhere else. Sometimes the way we tell the story of an artwork becomes the artwork.
We’re an Italian art collective. We refuse to be boxed into rules – that would kill the entire point of this absurd project called Art Goes Banana.

is it still green?
that depends on you.

Get on the List: Not a Newsletter
We don’t publish on a schedule.
Sometimes we send a note nobody else will see.
Sometimes we let you read something
before it exists anywhere else:
a ghost post, live for a moment, then gone.
Sometimes we finish something
and never publish it at all.
If that happens, the only proof it existed
is that you were on this list.
