WHAT WE MAY COLLECT AND WHY
Newsletter Waitlist When you sign up for our waitlist/newsletter, we collect only your email address. That’s it. Nothing else.
Why: To notify you when we publish new content and keep you updated on our “brutally honest takes” on contemporary art.
Legal basis: Your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it anytime.
Website Usage Data Our web server automatically collects:
- IP address
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referrer (where you came from)
Why: To make the website work, prevent cyber attacks, and understand which content resonates most.
